Refund and Return Policies

Returns/Refunds:
  • •Charlotte Flyer Service does not provide any products except delivery services so there is no return policy.
  • •In the event that Charlotte Flyer Service fails to delivery a customers flyers as scheduled prior to a known expiration date (coupon expiration date) and the flyers cannot be distributed, Charlotte Flyer Service will refund the delivery fee charged to customer.
  • •Charlotte Flyer Service is not liable for flyers that blow out of a newspaper box after delivery and is not a cause for refund for services.
  • •Failure to obtain results from the distribution of flyers provided by Charlotte Flyer Service is not cause for refund of delivery fees.
Terms and Conditions:
  • •Charlotte Flyer Service will deliver customers provided flyers/ cards within 7 days of the agreed upon date. Delays caused by inclement weather are not included in the 7 day delivery period. Inclement weather includes wind, rain, sleet, snow or electrical storms
  • •Payment is due upon request for delivery services unless special billing arrangements have been approved by Charlotte Flyer Service.
  • •Charlotte Flyer Service is not an employee of any company or Corporation requesting delivery services.
  • •Customer must provide and deliver their flyers to Charlotte Flyer Service offices within 3 business days prior to the requested date of delivery.
  • •Pricing provided by Charlotte Flyer Service is a per page flyer or item pricing. Special pricing for multiple page flyers or items must be requested prior to delivery of customer’s flyers or items.
  • •Any flyers that are not delivered due to blocked, overstuffed or taped over newspaper boxes will be delivered to a subdivision within a 1 mile radius of originating delivery. Customer must request the return of the flyers for credit prior to the original date of delivery.
